Head of Engineering — Fintech Series B

Series B fintech is scaling its core engineering team from twelve to thirty inside eighteen months. The Head of Engineering will run two squads, own architecture decisions on the next-gen ledger, and partner closely with the CTO on hiring.

You will

• Lead two squads of senior engineers (TypeScript, Go, AWS)
• Own the technical roadmap with the CTO
• Build the hiring engine — you’ll bring in ten more this year
• Set the engineering bar without slowing the team

You bring

• 8+ years engineering, 3+ leading teams of 8+
• Production experience with payments, ledgers or trading systems
• Strong opinions on how high-trust engineering teams run
